How to Exclude/Include a Word on a Vocabulary List

Computer
If you would like to exclude a word from a vocabulary list, open the list you want to edit and then hover your mouse over the word that you would like to exclude. This will reveal an eye symbol on the right side of the page. You can then move your mouse to the right to click on that eye symbol, which will exclude the word from the quizzes and daily notification emails.
If you'd like to add a word back to the list for the quizzes and notifications, you'll need to scroll to the bottom of the list, where you'll see a section titled "Excluded words". You can then hover over the line for the word you want to add back in, and an eye symbol will appear to the right. Clicking on that eye symbol will add the word back to the full list and make it available in the quizzes and notifications.
You can exclude words on both your personal lists and lists created by SpanishDictionary.com.
Smartphone or Tablet (Website and Android App)
To exclude a word from a list on a mobile device (SpanishDictionary.com and Android app), open the list you want to modify and tap on the three dots to the right of the word you want to exclude. This will bring up a menu at the bottom of the page, where you can click on the option for "Exclude word".
To add a word back to the main list for the quizzes and notifications, you can scroll to the bottom of the list to find the "Excluded words" section. You can then tap on the three dots to the right of the word that you want to include, which will bring up a menu where you can select "Include word".
iOS App
To exclude a word from a list in the iOS app, open the list you want to edit, and tap on the three dots to the right of the word you want to hide. This will bring up a menu at the bottom of the page, where you can click on the option for "Exclude word".
