If you're having troubles signing into your SpanishDict account with your email address and password, we recommend resetting your password to see if that helps. If you're already viewing the login page, you can reset your password by clicking on the link that says "Forgot Password".
Alternatively, you can click on the following link to reset your password: https://www.spanishdict.com/users/forgotten_password
Once you select an option for resetting the password, you will be asked to enter your email address. It's very important that you enter the email address that you used to create your SpanishDict account.
You'll then need to check your email for a message from SpanishDict. If you don't see the email in your inbox within a minute or two after sending it, we recommend checking in your spam folder. After opening the email, you'll need to click the button that says "Reset My Password".
You will be redirected to SpanishDict, where you will be asked to type in a new password two times. This will ensure that you don't make a mistake when typing it the first time.
If you have troubles completing this process, or if the password reset email never arrives in your inbox, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you are unable to log into SpanishDict with your Facebook or Google account, please check to be sure that you are using the correct password for those services. If you continue to have difficulties logging in, please send us an email, and we'll help you gain access to your account!
