Delete Words From Vocabulary Lists
From a Computer
If you'd like to delete individual words from your personal vocabulary lists while using the SpanishDictionary.com website on a computer, you'll first need to open the list that you want to edit by clicking on the list name or hovering your mouse on the list tile (rectangle) and then clicking "View List".
Once you're viewing the full list, hover your mouse over the word that you would like to delete to reveal a little red trash can button on the far right side of the page. You can then move your mouse all the way to the right to click on that button, which will delete that word from the list.
Please note that you can only delete words from lists that you have personally created. If you would like to remove a word from a list created by SpanishDictionary.com, or another user you can "exclude" the word from quizzes by clicking on the yellow eye symbol that appears to the right of the word when you hover your mouse over it.
From a Mobile Device
To delete a word from a vocabulary list on a mobile device (website or app), open the list by clicking on the list name.
Tap on the three dots that appear to the right of the word, which will bring up a menu at the bottom of the screen. You can then tap on the option for "Remove word"; if you did not create the list, you'll have the option to click "Exclude word" to remove the word from all quizzes.
